REFUNDS/RETURNS

 

All of our products are delivered by our selected freight carriers in the original manufacturer packaging. In most cases some assembly is required. If at any time, if you have questions about an item you have purchased simply email us at info@midminfarm.com  We're always here to help.  

 

QUALITY GUARANTEE:

 

If for any reason you receive any defective or cosmetic blemished merchandise please call us with-in 24 hours of the date the item or items were delivered. All items must be put back in the original manufacturer packaging the same way they were received.

 

Once you have reported the defective item a MID MIN FARM representative will schedule a time to replace or exchange the item or items you have purchased.

 

 

RETURN POLICY:

ALL SALES ARE FINAL!  If a refund or cancellation request is made it will be in store credit only!

All unassembled items must be returned or exchanged in the original manufacturer packaging the same way they were received.

Any defective or damaged items must be reported within 24 hours from the time of delivery.

An in-store credit will be given for the amount of item purchased which can be applied to anything else in our store. A twenty percent restocking fee will be applied to any items returned. All orders canceled after 24 hours of the time purchased will be subject to a $200 cancellation fee.
